Rental Process

The Easiest way to get your wedding flowers

Step 1
Choose Your Date & Time

Begin by selecting your preferred reservation date and delivery time from our calendar, then click “Add to Cart.”

Please note: Due to the high demand for arches and aisles, there is a minimum order requirement of $1,200 USD before tax (e.g., an arch will meet this requirement). Availability must be confirmed for each rental item using the calendar.

Step 2
Provide Event Details at Checkout

In the cart, you will see a Special Instructions box. Kindly complete this section with the following details:

• Venue name and full address
• Event coordinator’s name, phone number, and email (if available)
• Ceremony start time (if known)

Step 3
Delivery, Setup & Pickup

All rentals include delivery, setup, and same-day pickup. Standard pickup time is 10:00 PM on the day of the event.

For locations beyond 50 miles, a mileage fee of $1.50 per additional mile will apply.

If pickup is required after 10:00 PM, a late-night pickup fee will be charged. These services can be added to your cart as needed.

Step 4
Complete Your Checkout

You may choose to pay in full or split your payment at checkout. Please review our Terms & Conditions for policies regarding cancellations and refunds.

Once your order is submitted, our team will contact you via email to confirm all event details.

Kindly note: For events taking place within 14 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
